In 2013, Jennifer decided to enroll in a massage therapy program at HHHHC. During the program, she ended up discovering a new outlook on life. After many life changes, including meeting her now Husband, Scott, she was finally on her path for this life's journey. As a practitioner of yoga for many years, she decided to take yet another leap and enroll in yoga teacher training. Thinking it would be a good parallel for massage, Jennifer really had no idea everything she was about to learn. Both yoga and massage have helped shaped her into the person she is now. After studying Past Life Regression with Dr. Brian Weiss in 2019, she learned even more skills to help her clients relax and heal themselves through meditative states of being. She loves to link everything she has learned together as one. Combining energy work with her massage really helps to connect with clients, and helps them on all levels of healing, body mind and spirit. Together with her husband, they continue to expand and provide a community of wellness in Clinton Township.

Angela instantly fell in love with the mental benefits of yoga – the way her mind slowed down, and the sense of bliss that she felt through truly connecting with her breath on the mat. After about a year of sporadic practice, she knew that yoga was going to be a part of her life and she wanted to learn more about the yogic philosophy. In 2015, she completed her 200 hour teacher training program and is more inspired than ever to spread the joy that yoga can bring to as many people as possible. Her intent is to always teach from her heart and she hopes to provide a safe, loving, calm environment in each of her classes that facilitate her students to connect with themselves, heal, and grow.

Jodi graduated from The Healing Hands Holistic Health Center School of Massage. Her mind was set on getting her massage license and moving somewhere warm to work. So many things changed in that year of school, on a personal and mental level for Jodi. After learning of all of the benefits that massage has on an individual, and meeting some of her favorite people through massage school, Jodi knew she didn't want to leave the area. She is still an active teacher assistant at the school, and always trying to stay involved in the many different continuing education classes available to her. Jodi truly believes in the many benefits of massage, for the mind, the body, and the soul.

Justin has always been passionate about working with people through his life – as an advocate for persons with disabilities, as a yoga teacher – and as a friend. Justin completed his 200 hour teacher training in July of 2016 with the hope of offering a practice to students that can be fun, challenge each student physically at their own level, unite breath with movement, and provide an opportunity for the mind to relax and find peace. He is a firm believer in the idea that our work together is as important as the work we do for ourselves. “I believe a yoga class is a celebration of life. We come together to share our practice. There are no teachers without students and students without teachers, as we require each other. When we practice, we express ourselves, and when we express ourselves, we are alive.”
RYT200 Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master
Paul began his yoga journey in 2010 as a means of supplementing triathlon and endurance sports training. However, his interests in yoga deepened with steady yoga practice. As a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant, he also tapped into the yogic practice to overcome long-time injuries incurred while serving in the U.S. Army. Paul became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2015 after studying under Theresa May, of Santosha Yoga. He endeavors to weave ancient yogic philosophy into his daily life as a means of achieving balance in an ever-changing world, remaining grounded, physically fit, and as Mahatma Gandhi so eloquently stated, being the change I wish to see in the world. These principles have also had a lasting impact on not only his abilities as an avid rock climber, ice climber, mountaineer, endurance athlete, and fellow associate, they've also deepened his relationship as that of a husband, friend, and dad.
